Privacy policy

This policy covers this public website (rosvin.co.ke) only. It does not cover Rosvin's systems (Rosvin Health, Rosvin Works, Rosvin POS, Rosvin Commerce and Rosvin Sentinel), each of which has its own terms and privacy handling for the people who use it. Rosvin Technologies Limited is the controller of any personal data this website processes.

If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, business, the kind and size of business, what you are interested in, when you want to start and how you would like us to reply. The form is sent through our email provider, Resend, to our own inbox. We use it only to reply to you and to decide how quickly to answer; we do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

We label each enquiry automatically (for example as a sales enquiry, a careers question or a support request) from the answers you give, so that we reply to the most time-sensitive ones first. This does not affect whether you get a reply.

If you email us a review of our work, we publish it on this site only if you have agreed to it and we have confirmed it with you. You can ask us to remove a published review at any time.

Links to WhatsApp, to a phone call or to email simply open your own app. Anything you say there is between you and us, and is not captured by this website. If you start a WhatsApp chat, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.

The careers page and the system status page ask our own servers for information (the open roles, and whether our systems are responding). They send nothing about you.

The site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, does not embed third-party scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own address.

Applications are made on our careers portal at platform.rosvin.co.ke, which is part of Rosvin Platform, not this website. What the portal collects and how long it keeps it is explained there.

The Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to be informed how it is used, to see it, to have it corrected and to have it deleted where that applies. To use any of these rights, write to us at the address below. If this website ever collects more than is described here, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
